One person was injured in a shooting in South Bend.

Police were called to the area of Lindsey and Allen Streets just after 9 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27.

The victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

There was no immediate word yet about what led up to the shooting.

The South Bend Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit is investigating.
