A New Castle man is behind bars after meeting what he believed was a 13-year-old for a sexual encounter.

Culver Police arrested 65-year-old Joseph Morgan on child solicitation charges after an online predator catchers group alerted law enforcement to his messages and nude photos sent to a decoy.

Morgan remains held in the Marshall County Jail without bond until he appears in court.
