A motorcyclist has died from injuries suffered in a crash with a semi in Elkhart.

Police say 26-year-old Austin Aumack of Elkhart died at the hospital on Monday.

The crash happened last Thursday night, Aug. 20, at South Main Street and U.S. 20.

Investigators say a semi was headed north on South Main and was turning left toward the westbound U.S. 20 ramp when Aumack’s southbound motorcycle collided with the truck.

The 41-year-old semi driver was not hurt and remained at the scene.
