South Bend police are investigating a triple shooting on the city’s northeast side.

It happened just before 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sep. 19, in the 1300 block of Bissell Street.

Police say all three victims were taken to the hospital.

So far, no suspect information has been released.

The shooting came just hours after a woman and a South Bend police officer were wounded near Eddy Street Commons.
