A 43-year-old man died after being struck by a train in Warsaw.

The incident occurred just before midnight on Thursday night, July 2, on a set of railroad tracks.

The man was identified as Gabriel De La Cruz. He died at the scene.

The Warsaw Police Department is investigating factors that led to the collision.
