An 18-year-old man is facing charges after several vehicles were damaged on U-S 421 in LaPorte County.

LaPorte County Sheriff’s investigators say Phillip Duffus is accused of throwing objects at cars back in December, damaging multiple vehicles between County Road 200 North and 1800 South.

He was arrested in Lake County and brought back to LaPorte County, where he faces felony criminal recklessness and misdemeanor criminal mischief charges.

Duffus has since posted bond.

Police say a second suspect is still under investigation.
